You can create your own exporting profile with all settings and name. Such profile becomes part of the standard menu and can be easily selected. The administrator or an advanced user can prepare such a profile and automate the scanning process as well as subsequent processes. You can create a new profile in the main menu using .
File format, target directory, file naming scheme, indexing and other options can be set as part of profile. External process can be also run after finishing the export. Automatic removing of exported scanned pages from internal storage can be also set at the end of the export.
